Recruitment process

Ready to take the first step towards an exceptional career? As of 20 January 2025, the list of vacancies for our next Junior Professional Programme will be live for our Brussels and Luxembourg duty stations. Once ready, submit your resume and tell us why you are passionate about your chosen field and how you can contribute to our organisation.

How does our recruitment process look like?

January: 
1.    Submit your application from as of 20 January 2025 where you will also be asked to select your preference of field of work (policy coordination, legal affairs, statistical cooperation, etc.).

February:
2.    Submit your application before 24 February 2025 as we won't accept any applications afterwards.
3.    Once the submission deadline has passed, the EFTA teams will review your application.

March:
4.    If shortlisted, you will be invited for an interview which also includes a written or oral assignment.
5.    Once all interviews have been concludes, all candidates will receive final feedback by end of March.

Please note that applications for positions in Geneva (SGO & TRD Divisions) will open as of 31 March 2025 (a similar recruitment process will take place).
