ESO is back online with a series of three webinars on climate change-related statistics for East European, Caucasus and Central Asian (EECCA) countries, jointly organised by EFTA, UNECE and other UN bodies and in collaboration with the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic. The first webinar took place today and focused on climate change-related indicators and their alignment with global policy frameworks (e.g. the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement). 29 countries registered for this session, which took place online and was supported by English and Russian simultaneous interpretation. All related materials are available in both languages under the section “Meeting and Events” on the ESO section of the EFTA website.
