On 29 October 2019 Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway submitted a joint EEA EFTA Comment on the Commission’s proposal for an integrated Creative Europe Programme (2021-2027) for the European cultural and creative sectors.

EEA Joint Committee adopts cooperation on climate change

The EFTA Standing Committee and the EEA Joint Committee met in Brussels on 24 and 25 October respectively. During the meeting the EEA Joint Committee adopted 22 decisions (JCDs) incorporating 25 legal acts into the EEA Agreement.

The Standing Committee of the EFTA States and the EEA Joint Committee met in Brussels on 9 and 10 July respectively. 23 decisions were adopted at the EEA Joint Committee, incorporating 30 EU legal acts into the EEA Agreement, including the Benchmark-Regulation.
