Mexico Free Trade Agreement after six years

The July issue of the Mexico-EU Trade Links newsletter highlights the accomplishments of the EFTA-Mexico Free Trade Agreement, in force since July 2001.

According to the newsletter, published by the Mexican Mission to the EU, EFTA-Mexico trade in Goods stands at record levels and Foreign Direct Investment has increased (3.0 billion USD 1994-2006, of which 2.3 billion dollars has been invested after the entry into force of the Agreement).
