Today, Science|Business organised a roundtable discussion in collaboration with the EFTA Secretariat on Data Protection and Security: How will new technologies change the policy debate?
The topic, which is equally relevant to the EEA EFTA States, was debated by participants from industry, research and the European Commission.
The global challenge to information security, the role of research, the efficiency of policy making tools addressing rapidly changing technologies, and informed choices in consumer behaviour were some of the issues discussed. The debate was moderated by Richard L. Hudson, CEO & Editor, Science|Business.
