Legal advice and analysis for the EFTA Council and EFTA Management. The EFTA Convention, Headquarters agreements, depositary functions and EFTA’s regulations and rules, guidelines and policies.
Economic and trade analysis, economic statistics and trade portal, budget and other internal administrative processes, ad hoc advisory services within EFTA, participation/notification to WTO CRTA Transparency Mechanism, relations with other international organizations (WTO, OECD, etc.), negotiations on trade in services, technical cooperation, and preference utilisation.
Services for the EFTA Council and its substructure, organisation of EFTA Ministerial meeting.
Editorial support to all divisions and duty stations.
Management of facilities in Geneva (office, flats, cars). Responsible for legitimation cards and organisation of logistics, including Ministerial meetings.
Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, GDPR, External & Internal Communication, Event Coordination, staff training, guidelines and policies.
Information governance policies and procedures, electronic document and records management system, retention and disposition management, archives, public access to EFTA documents.
Social media channels, website publication, management of visitor groups to EFTA House.
