The topic for the informal exchange of views between the Ministers was exit strategies for medium- and long term sustainability of public finances. The lunch was hosted by the Swedish Presidency and Commissioner Almunia was present in addition to EU Finance Ministers or their representatives. A short internal EFTA pre-meeting was held in advance of the lunch.
