In this section you will find all the EFTA legal documents, divided in to sections by subject. The documents are updated regularly.

• EFTA Convention:
  

  The full text of the EFTA Convention, including annexes and joint declarations.
• EEA:
  The full text of the EEA Agreement, including protocols and annexes that are updated monthly, the Final Act of the Agreement, Joint Committee Decisions and the EEA Supplement.
• Free Trade Relations:
  Here you find the Free Trade Agreements and Declarations on Co-operation that EFTA has with third countries (non-EU States), as well as the Bilateral Agreements and Additional Protocols.
• EEA Enlargement:                                                                                                       

    The legal texts related to the enlargements of the European Economic Area.

• Agreements on EFTA Committees:                                                                            

    Here you can find the legal documents of the Standing Committee and a committee of EFTA
